My Brigitte Bardot

This is a really casual and easy going outfit so it’s fair to say that it is one of my favourites with an uncanny resemblance to the timeless actress Brigitte Bardot.

I have always had a thing for big hair in Real Life and Second Life is no exception even though I like some of the smoother more classier styles you just can’t beat a big brassy blonde with attitude that is sure to make heads turn.

It is a simple yet sexy look that would be great for the beach or a relaxed get-together with friends.

Bullying In Second Life

Second Life is all about diversity and being what you want to be, whether it’s Human, Alien, Elf or Animal, it's not up to other people to set your boundaries.

When I first came to SL, I bought a pair of Angel Wings and I was bullied a lot  for wearing them, someone even told me to grow up.

I now have a large collection of Wings including my Bento Angel Wings and Flexi Bat Wings with a HUD. I also have a Mermaid Outfit that I like to go shopping in occasionally. I probably look like a Fish out of water so I wear my Mermaid AO and go about doing my thing.

Many people wear a Mesh Body with a System Head and why not? I have four Mesh Heads but I still use my System Head sometimes because it is a part of who I am.

I like creating Fantasy Outfits and I enjoy wearing them, they are fun and that’s all I care about and as long as you are not crossing any lines or hurting anyone then you should just be yourself. Whoever or whatever that may be.

My Bat Winged Girl

Second Life is full of fantasy making the desire to live your dreams a reality and with so many options it can be hard to choose but there is no need to when you can be anyone or anything in this amazing virtual world.

From angels to demons and everything in-between the possibilities are endless so I want to share one of my creations with all of you.

She is as titled My Bat Winged Girl and is one of my many different looks in SL.

My Mermaid

My fascination for Mermaids in Second Life has been ongoing since my classic days. I owned a  large collection of Mermaid clothes however as I transitioned to mesh I deleted all of my system outfits and replaced them with mesh ones.

I wanted one Mermaid Costume not half a dozen like I had in the past. I looked for hair and makeup and nail polish that would make my Mermaid an original.

It seemed that my Mermaid was nowhere to be found but I didn’t give up. Eventually I discovered what I had been looking for in a store by the name of GAELINE CREATIONS.

I still had a Mermaid AO that I had bought years ago that completes my Mermaid making her more lifelike and realistic.

There are many amazing Mermaid Sims to discover in Second Life. 

Beautiful underwater worlds filled with colour and radiance.

My Wonder Woman Outfit

Wonder Woman is my number one favourite super hero and I have always wanted to bring her to life in SL.

After a visit to Velvets Dreams Store I knew that I had found the one but I still wanted to make some comparisons. 

I logged into Second Life Market Place even though I have always preferred  to shop in-world I decided to check out the competition.

A lot of stores only had a few parts to the costume that I liked and others I didn’t like at all. 

Velvets Dreams kept popping up on MP and I found myself going back to that one outfit that stood out. 

It was simple yet beautifully made and I don’t buy much without trying a demo first however I took a risk on this one because I had bought clothes from their in-world store.

This lovely design came with the Tiara and Belt the Top and Pants and after more searching on Market Place I found a great pair of Superhero Boots from Pixel Perrfect Productions to complete my outfit.

Hair was next on my list and after trying all of the hair that I already had I decided to go to *TUKINOWAGUMA* (wow that is a mouthful) And I found a cute hairstyle that really worked.

I didn’t go for all of the extra accessories I wanted to keep my Wonder Woman looking my way and that’s the thing if you want to create a cartoon or comic book character in SL then you don’t have to be exact and go for THE original look. 

Make your version and make it to suit you and what you like and find your own originality within your creations.
