My Wonder Woman Outfit

Wonder Woman is my number one favourite super hero and I have always wanted to bring her to life in SL.

After a visit to Velvets Dreams Store I knew that I had found the one but I still wanted to make some comparisons.

I logged into Second Life Market Place even though I have always preferred  to shop in-world I decided to check out the competition.

A lot of stores only had a few parts to the costume that I liked and others I didn’t like at all.

Velvets Dreams kept popping up on MP and I found myself going back to that one outfit that stood out.

It was simple yet beautifully made and I don’t buy much without trying a demo first however I took a risk on this one because I had bought clothes from their in-world store.

This lovely design came with the Tiara and Belt the Top and Pants and after more searching on Market Place I found a great pair of Superhero Boots from Pixel Perrfect Productions to complete my outfit.

Hair was next on my list and after trying all of the hair that I already had I decided to go to *TUKINOWAGUMA* (wow that is a mouthful) And I found a cute hairstyle that really worked.

I didn’t go for all of the extra accessories I wanted to keep my Wonder Woman looking my way and that’s the thing if you want to create a cartoon or comic book character in SL then you don’t have to be exact and go for THE original look.

Make your version and make it to suit you and what you like and find your own originality within your creations.

Wearable Furniture

Do you ever wish that you could wear a seat right out of your Second Life Inventory without ever having to concern yourself with rezz rights? Want to relax on a beach in a cool laid back chair without a care in the world? Well now you can.

Maybe I am a bit behind in the times when it comes to SL either that or I just totally missed something because discovering Grimalkin’s Store was such a surprise.

I should have known that anything is possible in a virtual world but wearable furniture? Seriously? Okay I’m hooked.

I bought quite a few items ranging from 65 Lindens to 100 Lindens at the most and I really wanted to share my experience with all of you.

This is my list:

Handy Hut (Type A - AFK Sign included)

The Reading Seating (Personal Version)

The Wherever Wearable Reading Rug

The Private Changing Room (a free gift)

And last but not least my favourites:

The Anywhere Chair (Iced Tea & Kitten Edition) Which comes with an AFK Kitten as well and The Bed-blogger 5000

I’ve added pics of those for people to take a look at.

Just type Grimalkin in your SL search bar and teleport over there or you can find them on Market Place.

Have fun with it.

About My Blog

My Blog is my Second Life Diary and it’s full of posts regarding my experiences in SL as well as some of my fashion favourites. I write this Blog for me and when I find something that I like whether it’s clothes or a product then I’ll share it with everyone complete with photos and links if the creators have a fan page or a web site.

I only have one follower on my Blog yes only ONE but I don’t care because if people want to like and follow me they will and if they don’t well that’s life and I will continue to write regardless of who reads my material or who doesn’t.

As you can see on my Blog I also have a Facebook Page with a Facebook Group and Instagram. The links are there if you want to take a look. I do follow other Blogs however if I follow your Blog on a personal level as a form of support to you and you don’t follow me back then eventually I will unfollow you.

I’m a shopaholic in SL and for every outfit that I post about I will also post a followup update if I’ve added or changed anything about it and I always include a style card to credit the creators from my hair to my shoes.

I am always up for something new so if you want anything blogged just hit me up in the comments or on my Facebook Page.

I would be more than happy to help.
